1 on 1 Coaching
Holistic Lifestyle Coaching offer 1 on 1 coaching that addresses your health needs in their entirety. All of our coaching methods revolve around 6 key areas of health thoughts, breathing, hydration, nutrition, movement and circadian rhythm. All sessions are conducted outdoors or at your home and commence with a full assessment so that we can initiate your program at the right level and progress at a rate that is appropriate to your current health and fitness status
Group coaching sessions have been designed around functional movements, a way of exercising that not only makes you strong and fit but also makes performing your day to day activities easier. All our group clients undergo an assessment to establish what types of exercise modalities are most effective and safe to perform. We run small, personalised groups of between 8-16 people in outdoor locations around the Lower North Shore, North Sydney & CBD.
Workshops & Online Coaching
Holistic Lifestyle Coaching offer wellness workshops for small groups and corporate enterprises. If you are looking to improve your own or employee productivity, creativity and health or our workshops our workshops can give you the tools to do so. Workshops can run from your home or office. Topics range from “How to” cleanse and why cleansing seasonally can increase energy, focus and sharper thinking, Winter Wellness Tools, your immune system and why your gut health matters. All workshops are designed to give participants practical lifestyle strategies which can be applied immediately for greater health and wellbeing. Holistic Lifestyle Coaching have developed an online coaching and training system so that you are now not limited to where you live. Training programs are designed in 4 week blocks around your goals. You now have access to 24-7 video programs, nutritional advise and lifestyle tips. You can now train when you want, how you want and wherever you want.
We are 110% passionate about getting our participants outdoors in the fresh air and moving their bodies the way they were designed.

We don't lock you into ongoing contracts because your enthusiasm and results are a direct reflection of our ability to do our job. Holistic Lifestyle Coaching wants to train clients who want to train with us, and if we can't motivate you then there's little point in us taking your money!
