The essence of holistic health is understanding who you are - your habits, values, fears and dreams - and shaping a healthy lifestyle around that understanding.
— Paul Chek

Health has nothing to do with how many pounds you can bench press or how good you look in a bikini. It is about being free from the signs and symptoms of disease.

Holistic Lifestyle Coaching combines both coaching and training methodologies, educated and influenced from the CHEK Institute. Corrective, Holistic, Exercise Kinesiology (C.H.E.K) is at the forefront of research, development and education within the health and fitness industry. Founded by mentor, Paul CHEK, coaches & practitioners are taught the very latest from rehabilitation and corrective exercise to high performance conditioning, stress management and healthy eating and lifestyle coaching.

Meghan Hinchey

With a media degree under her belt Meghan spent a number of years in the corporate world so truly understands pressing deadlines, timeframes and corporate pressures.
It was during the first few years of her career that Meghan’s personal passion for health and fitness really started to unravel. Alarmed and disheartened by how misled and misinformed many people were becoming about their health, Meghan followed her passion to pursue Holistic Lifestyle Coaching with her partner, Brad.
Getting people out of their office chairs and into the fresh air and great outdoors is one of the main drives of their business. This, combined with Meghan’s enthusiasm and practical philosophies based around six foundations of health puts Meghan in good stead to share key information and strategies to encourage others along a positive path promoting how to eat, move and be healthy.

Since becoming a Mother, empowering women to nourish themselves and create better health for themselves and their family have become close to Meghan’s heart. All of her methods revolve around healthy body image and sustainable, long term health which strengthen her specialties for pre and postnatal conditioning, female strength training and school fitness programs for teen girls.
